Keith Ingram is a Democratic member of the Arkansas House of Representatives, representing the 53rd District since 2009. He formerly served as the mayor of West Memphis from 1987 to 1995.

Ingram won re-election to the 53rd district seat in 2010. He faced no opposition in the May 18 primary.^[2] He defeated Roger Sumpter in the November 2 general election.^[3]
